2008 SYNOD RALLY will
be held on March 30 at Newberry College. For more
information please visit the Synod website at
www.sclutheran.org. A sign-up sheet is available on
the breezeway. If there is enough interest, we can take
the church bus.
LMM has a few events coming
up:
April 5: Connecting With Younger Men, 9am at
First Lutheran Church in Grensboro, NC. How does the
church reach them? Cost $35
April 12-13: Youth Flag Football for high school
ages at Camp Kinard. Funds raised are for fallen
Charleston firefighter.
April 25-27: Men In
Action(MIA) weekend for guys 18-40ish at Camp Kinard.
Fun, games and spiritual growth.
July 11-13: MIA Whitewater
rafting down the Chattooga River. Ages 14 and up.
Cost: $125, $90 under 35. Pastors are free with
sponsored youth.
